The Clinic is open from 9 a.m. to 12 noon. Monday through Saturday,
and open from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday,Tuesday,Thursday and Friday.
The Clinic is closed on major holidays.
Please bring all of your medications and your insurance information with you each time you come for a physician appointment.
